Electrical Contact Pressure Gauges are advanced instruments designed to measure pressure while simultaneously providing electrical switching functions at preset pressure levels. These gauges are ideal for automation and control systems where maintaining specific pressure thresholds is critical. When the pressure reaches the set point, the gauge triggers an electrical contact, activating alarms, shutting down equipment, or initiating other control actions. Robustly constructed for industrial environments, Electrical Contact Pressure Gauges combine precise pressure measurement with reliable control, making them essential tools for enhancing safety and efficiency in complex systems.
With external dome mounted snap action magnetic contacts are intended for the control and regulation of industrial processes where switching of electrical circuits are required for the industrial, mining and process industry.
Suitable for media such as air, water, oil & gases that do not attack copper alloy or stainless steel parts or will obstruct the pressure system. Typical applications will be for the control and regulation of industrial processes where switching of electrical circuits are required. Externally adjustable, single or double contacts, can be fitted to a SA Gauge pressure gauge to make the gauge suitable to activate or deactivate electrical devices. Contact can make or break in an upward or downward pressure cycle.
